Terms and Conditions

When navigating www.jodie-louise.com and upon payment of your quote and invoice you accept the below Terms and Conditions Agreement.

SERVICES AND INCLUSIONS:

Jodie Louise will provide a variety of services both face to face and online.

Services include but are not limited to, online coaching, detox support, business guidance, photography/videography services, workshops, and retreats.

All inclusions will be listed on your quote/invoice.

If it is not listed, it is not included.

If you are unsure of what is and isn’t included, please ensure you contact Jodie Louise prior to making payment.

SESSION FEES AND REFUNDS:

Fees are variable and should be negotiated before a session is to take place.

If you are unsure of the payment arrangement it is your responsibility to ask for clarity before proceeding to work with Jodie Louise.

Please note that once payment is made refunds do not apply, however, Jodie Louise is always willing to negotiate with clients to find a fair and reasonable solution.

MISSED SESSIONS AND CANCELLATION:

You are required to give 24 hours’ notice where possible if cancelation is required.

Failure to notify Jodie Louise in time may result in losing that session or a part payment being required.

Please notify Jodie Louise in writing at your earliest convenience if a session will be missed.

Should you need to cancel using Jodie Louise’s services your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Depending on the situation a refund may be made at Jodie Louise’s discretion.

Provide as much information as possible in your cancellation request for Jodie Louise to consider.

COACHING SESSIONS:

You will be sent a coaching waiver form for an acknowledgement before proceeding.

It is your responsibility to inform Jodie Louise if there is something that you do not understand or agree with.

If you have not received this waiver inform Jodie Louise immediately.

PAYMENT TERMS:

Payment instructions are detailed on your quote/invoice. Jodie Louise accepts cash, bank transfer, Transferwise, Revolut, and PayPal.

It is your responsibility to ensure that payment is made on time to avoid workflow delays. Generally, fees are required in advance unless otherwise notified.

I understand that if I have chosen the monthly payment option or trimonthly 2x payments I am still obligated to attend and pay all sessions as agreed in written communication between myself and Jodie Louise.

Payment plans can also be discussed.

ADDITIONAL EXPENSES:

Any additional expenses that arise will be on-charged and payable within 30 days.

Should Jodie Louise have to, at any time, pay additional costs beyond agreed, then these may be recoverable.

Jodie Louise will do her best to notify you before any additional expenses are incurred.

OVERDUE ACCOUNTS AND LATE FEES:

The agreement may be discontinued if the account is overdue in excess of 30 days.

Jodie Louise has the option of resuming the services or terminating the account after payment has been made.

If you do not meet your payment arrangement, late fees may be charged. Jodie Louise will ensure that she gives adequate notice prior to charging any late fees.

PRICE CHANGES:

Jodie Louise reserves the right to vary prices and rates in the event of changes in exchange rates or price rises made by wholesalers or other suppliers.

If the cost of any service increases due to exchange rate fluctuations, price increases, tax changes, or any other reason, you are required to pay the increase when notified.

Jodie Louise is not liable in any way if any increase occurs.

Rates quoted are appropriate to the product at the time of quoting/invoicing and these rates may change.

All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice.

COMMUNICATION ERRORS:

Jodie Louise reserves the right not to honour any published prices or offerings that were determined erroneously due to printing, electronic, or human error.

Every effort is made to ensure accuracy; however, Jodie Louise cannot be held responsible for printing or typographical errors, or errors arising from unforeseen circumstances.

PHOTO AND VIDEO CONTENT:

If you are undertaking photo or video services be sure to check your quote/invoice carefully for how many rounds of changes are included.

If you have changes in the work provided this may be charged. Generally, two rounds of small changes are included.

If your brief changes after the work are produced this may be charged.

Ensure you are clear in your original brief and requested changes to avoid any additional charges.

Jodie Louise may use and distribute any photo or video work created as part of her portfolio or for promotional purposes.

If you do not wish to have your work displayed on Jodie Louise’s website notify her in writing.

Jodie Louise will archive all media clips for 3 months if required and specified in writing, Jodie Louise can manage the transfer of any media clips from this archive and will charge hourly for to do so.

EARLY TERMINATION:

In exceptional circumstances, such as illness or unavailability due to bereavement or other commitments, inappropriate behaviour, an actual or potential conflict of interest, or other reasons, Jodie Louise can decide to terminate the service early.

In such a circumstance, you will be given reasonable notice of termination and may be refunded any advance payments made.

If you wish to terminate the contract this can be negotiated but a refund might not apply.

Ensure before making a commitment that this is the program for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBLIGATIONS:

You will not rely on the contents of any of the information, products, or services on this website or advice, products or services provided by Jodie Louise without first obtaining advice from a qualified professional person.

Before acting on any information, products, or services you will consider your own opinion through investigation and research as to the suitability of the information, products, or services for your circumstances.

CONFIDENTIALITY:

Jodie Louise shall maintain the confidentiality of all that may be disclosed in the course of providing her services.

For the avoidance of doubt, confidential information does not include information which is public knowledge, was in the recipient’s possession before receipt, or is independently developed by the recipient.

LIABILITY:

Jodie Louise has no liability for any loss incurred by you, whether financial or otherwise, or for any perceived failure by you, whether justified or otherwise, to achieve a material improvement in the quality of life or business or to achieve their desired outcomes or goals.

Jodie Louise shall not be held responsible for delays or non-performance caused by activities or factors beyond reasonable control, including delays and non-performance caused by viruses, denial of service attacks, other acts or omissions by third parties, Internet service providers, by you or its contractors, strikes, lockouts, work slowdowns or stoppages, accidents, fires, acts of God, terrorism, failure by you to timely furnish information or approve or disapprove work, or faulty performance by you or others, including third-party contractors hired by Jodie Louise or by you.

Jodie Louise shall not be liable for any indirect, third-party, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages.

COPYRIGHT:

This website and information contain copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information.

You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works of, on in any way exploit, in whole or in part, any proprietary or other material.

INDEMNITY:

You agree to indemnify and hold Jodie Louise harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, regulatory proceedings and/or causes of action, and all damages, liabilities, costs or associated expenses directly arising from any information or material supplied by you or from the use or consumption of your products or from any act or thing done on your specific instructions or with your specific approval.
