Some things don’t need a program, a protocol or a plan. They need an hour with someone who will truly listen, ask the right question & guide you to see your own next step.
That is Tea Time. Sixty minutes, you & me, a cup of tea or a cacao each. No agenda beyond whatever you bring. You might arrive with one big thing or a tangle of small ones. You might not know what you want to say until you start saying it. All of that is welcome.
I am not here to fix you, because nothing about you is broken. I am here to help you feel heard, safe & held, & to point you towards the people, the practices & the next steps that fit where you are.
Life rarely arrives one subject at a time. These are the conversations women most often bring to me, & most Tea Times wander across two or three of them.
Learning your rhythm, eating & living with it, coming off the pill, & working out who to see & what to ask when something needs a practitioner.
I was diagnosed with autism & ADHD as an adult, & it explained my whole life. I can share the steps I took to find out, what helped, & where to begin.
Finding love, keeping it, leaving it, or learning to say the thing you have been swallowing. Communication, boundaries & the relationship you have with yourself.
The season before a baby, the questions nobody answers & the way it reshapes a relationship. What I learned nourishing myself for it, & who to lean on.
I studied business at university & have built three of my own. If you are circling an idea, a career change or a first offering, bring it & we will give it some shape.
When you have been everyone else’s person for so long that you have lost the thread of your own. A starting point for a detox, a ritual, a season of rest, or simply being listened to.
Thinking about a ZenCleanz program specifically? That is its own conversation. My 1:1 ZenCleanz guidance calls walk you through the practical side, stage by stage.
Sometimes the next step only becomes clear once you have said it out loud to someone who is really listening.
I have spent the better part of twenty years learning my own body & mind the long way round: through digestive trouble no one could explain, a decade on the pill before I had met my own rhythm, an adult autism & ADHD diagnosis, & a crash that turned my life around.
Along the way I trained in women’s health & cyclical living, studied business at university, worked with many coaches & mentors myself, & have walked alongside hundreds of women through my books, workshops & guidance calls. You can read the whole story here.
Tea Time is where all of that experience becomes support for you. I listen, I ask the questions that open things up, & I guide you gently towards your own next step, whether that is a practice to try, a practitioner to see, or simply a clearer sense of what you already know.
Choose an hour that suits you from my calendar. I am in Queensland, Australia, & the calendar shows times in your own zone.
We meet on video. Bring tea, cacao or whatever you like to hold. A few lines about what is on your mind when you book helps me arrive ready, but it is not required.
Sixty minutes that are entirely yours. Afterwards I send a summary of our call, with an outline of the action steps or self-care practices we discussed.
$150 USD, one hour
On video, whenever you need it. Book once, or come back whenever life hands you something new. Prices are in US dollars & your bank converts on the day.
If you would like company through a longer season, ask me about a set of three when we talk.
Tea Time is a conversation & mentoring, not medical, psychological or financial advice. I am not a registered health practitioner. If you are unwell, managing a diagnosed condition or in crisis, please speak with your doctor or a qualified professional, & if you are in Australia you can reach Lifeline on 13 11 14 at any hour.
