For Your Everyday

The jars for your kitchen bench, the things for beside your bed, and the oils to reach for at the end of a long day.

Rituals for your everyday

I know how expensive it is to find what works. To buy the thing, and try the thing, and quietly put it at the back of the cupboard. It always helped me to see what other women had gathered around them, and which brands they had come to know, so I wanted to offer you the same.

Nothing here is a prescription, and nothing here is chosen for your body in particular. This is simply a collection, and you are so welcome to take what serves you and leave the rest. Please note that I earn a commission on some of these products if you buy through my links, at no extra cost to you. Being an affiliate is what allows me to keep creating free educational content, so thank you for your support. Two of my codes are yours to use as you browse: nourished takes 5% off at ZenCleanz, and nourished10 takes 10% off at SuperFeast.

SuperFeast Cordyceps Mild and faintly savoury, grown high in the mountains of Tibet and Nepal. Traditionally used in Chinese medicine, and gathered in the high mountains for centuries. SuperFeast Lion's Mane Soft, white and almost tasteless. Stirred into a morning coffee or cacao, where it disappears completely. Traditionally used in Chinese medicine, and long revered by Buddhist monks. SuperFeast Neural Nectar Mucuna, ginkgo, lion's mane, white peony and astragalus together. A blend drawn from Taoist and Ayurvedic herbalism. SuperFeast QI Warming and gently spicy, the colour of dusk. Often added to a chai. Traditionally used in Chinese medicine. SuperFeast Schisandra The five flavour berry, sour and sweet and salty and bitter and pungent at once. Often taken in sparkling water with lime. Traditionally used in Chinese medicine, and prized by ancient royalty. SuperFeast Turkey Tail Fanned and banded like feathers, growing on fallen wood. Stirred through broth as the seasons change. Traditionally used in Chinese medicine for well over a thousand years. SuperFeast Tremella Pale and silken, the beauty mushroom of China. Blended into cold drinks on hot mornings, where it vanishes. Known in China as the beauty mushroom, and used there for centuries. SuperFeast SHEN Soft and slightly sweet, named for the spirit in Taoist tradition. For the nights when the day has been loud. One of the three treasures of Chinese medicine, alongside Jing and Qi. SuperFeast JING Six roots and mushrooms held as the deepest of the tonic herbs. Traditionally taken through the colder months. One of the three treasures of Chinese medicine, alongside Qi and Shen. SuperFeast Women's Rhythm Seven herbs together, among them jujube, schisandra, white peony, goji and prepared rehmannia. Half a teaspoon in warm water, taken daily rather than only around a bleed. A Taoist blend long used in Chinese medicine. Not recommended in pregnancy. Please speak to your health practitioner before use. SuperFeast Mushroom M8 Eight mushrooms held in a single capsule. For the weeks when there is no time to whisk anything. Eight mushrooms long used across Chinese medicine. SuperFeast Ashwagandha A grounding root from the Ayurvedic tradition, taken as a ten to one extract. In blocks of a few weeks rather than continuously, and only when life is full. Traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine for centuries. If you have, or have ever had, liver problems, please avoid ashwagandha. Australia’s medicines regulator has issued two safety advisories about this herb and liver injury. Not for pregnancy or breastfeeding. SuperFeast Eucommia Bark Warm, sweet and slightly pungent bark, harvested from trees eight to ten years old and sun dried before extraction. Stirred through warm water or the morning brew. The first herb listed in the Shen Nong materia medica, the oldest of the Taoist herbal texts. The tree is a natural source of latex, so please avoid it if you have a latex allergy. If you take blood thinners or blood pressure medication, check with your doctor first.

Yoni Pleasure Palace Ceremonial Cacao One hundred percent organic Peruvian Criollo cacao, stone ground and ceremonially prepared. Blended with hot milk until frothy, sweetened with a little honey. Ritual Oils Cacao & Blue Lotus A pound block of the Chuncho strain, one hundred percent raw and stone ground, with dried blue lotus flowers beside it. Delicate and sweet, with a rich aroma. Anima Mundi Rose Powder Nothing but Rosa centifolia petals, dried and ground fine. A quarter teaspoon turns a morning cacao dusky pink and tastes softly floral, a little tart. My favourite thing they make. Anima Mundi Butterfly Pea Flower Powder Ground blue flowers with almost no taste of their own. A pinch turns a latte, a lemonade or a bowl of rice a deep sky blue, and a squeeze of lemon turns it violet. Anima Mundi Golden Moon Milk Turmeric, blue lotus, vanilla, cardamom and lavender with reishi and ashwagandha. Warm, sweet and faintly floral, whisked into hot milk in the evening. Contains ashwagandha. If you have, or have ever had, liver problems, please avoid it. Not for pregnancy or breastfeeding. Anima Mundi Golden Sun Milk Turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, clove and vanilla with maca, mucuna and cordyceps. A chai-spiced golden milk for the morning cup. Not for pregnancy or breastfeeding. If you take medication, check with your practitioner first. Anima Mundi Mushroom Mocha Milk Coconut cream and heirloom cacao with seven mushrooms, among them reishi, chaga and lion's mane. Stirred into coffee or hot water as a creamer. Keep it in the fridge once opened. Not for pregnancy or breastfeeding. Anima Mundi Menstrual Cycle Tea Kit Four loose leaf teas, one for each season of the cycle: Moon, Follicular, Ovulatory and Luteal. Comes with an 80 page guide to cyclical living and a brass strainer with the first kit. Not for pregnancy or breastfeeding. Please speak to your practitioner first if you take medication or hormonal contraception. Ships from the US; Australian stockists are listed on the Anima Mundi site. Bulletproof Decaffeinated Coffee Central American beans, cleanly decaffeinated. For the afternoon cup, so the evening still belongs to you.
