As a woman used to think farting was wrong!
I remember the boys at school saying only boys fart; so I thought there was something wrong with me. So when I did, I would hide it.
But let’s be honest, Goddess, the “you smelt it, you dealt it” line can only be used so many times before everyone around you realizes you have recurring smelly gas.

A small amount of gas is normal. Gas only becomes a problem when it’s very frequent & smelly. That’s when it’s a sign that you have something going on in your digestive system.
Unhealthy gas is mostly due to constipation, poor food combining, stress, or an unbalanced microbiome. However, people usually mistake farting for being bloating, painful belly cramps, period pain, or food allergies.
