10 years ago, I was desperately sick with severe digestive issues, acne, psoriasis, body pain, inflammation, depression & anxiety. I hated my life… I was physically, spirituality & financially broken.
I was:
- Addicted to food, partying & work.
- Living without purpose.
- Stuck in the ‘matrix’.
- Confused with where to start.
- Bored with my life.
- Feeling overwhelmed.
- Experiencing financial hardship & debt.
Now I support my clients to do the same, I became an intuitive eating coach for women & created How to Intuitively Eat based off of my tested success with methods I used to break free of digestion distress & unhealthy eating behaviors.
I read many of the best books on intuitive eating & used my body as an experiment. Then I created my own e-book to share what best worked for me in the most simple way possible.
